Former LPGA golf star Michelle Wie West is taking over a much bigger position in rising women’s sports — from off the course.
On Tuesday, Wie West introduced she has signed on as the newest athlete investor in Togethxr, the company behind the favored “Everybody Watches Girls’s Sports” slogan. Togethxr goals to extend funding in and media protection of women’s sports, amongst different objectives.
Wie West, the now 35-year-old Stanford grad, was the youngest participant to ever qualify for an LPGA occasion on the age of 12. Since her enjoying profession ended in 2023, she has turned her consideration to her different passions, like investing in women’s sports.

The funding in Togethxr is not the one latest settlement Wie West has reached.
Wie West signed a multi-year deal as Mizuho model ambassador and event host for the Mizuho Americas Open earlier this week. The event will happen at Liberty Nationwide Golf Membership in New Jersey beginning on Thursday. Mizuho’s new sponsorship settlement will elevate the 2026 event purse to $3.25 million, one of many largest outdoors of the key championships.
“Golf is so essential and I am very captivated with getting extra girls into the sport as a result of golf is such a tremendous option to open doorways in the enterprise area,” she mentioned.
