The notification, issued by the ministry of parliamentary affairs on Monday, revises the month-to-month wage of MPs from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1.24 lakh, whereas additionally growing their day by day allowances and pension advantages.
As per the notification, the day by day allowance for sitting MPs has been raised from Rs 2,000 to Rs 2,500.
