World funding agency KKR and Singapore’s Singtel have agreed to amass a 82% stake in ST Telemedia World Data Centres, a number one data centre colocation providers supplier, from founding shareholder ST Telemedia for a complete consideration of S$6.6 billion ($5.1 billion).
