The federal government is working in direction of creating a framework to measure the knowledge economy, because the ministry of statistics and programme implementation (MoSPI) organised a brainstorming session on Monday.
The session on conceptual framework of Gross Home Knowledge Product (GDKP) was attended by Ajay Kumar Sood, principal scientific advisor to the federal government of India, together with representatives from varied ministries, business associations, and non-governmental organisations.
