New Delhi: The Supreme Court docket on Monday sought responses of the union ministries on a proposal for shifting all coal-based industries out of Delhi-NCR to guarantee higher air high quality.

“The Fee has recognized the involved companies anticipated to take motion. We consequently direct the Delhi authorities to submit a proposed motion plan to give impact to these measures,” the bench acknowledged.
The bench has now directed all stakeholders to file their respective standing stories and proposals earlier than the following listening to on March 12.
