The Nilgiris District Collector mentioned that there have been a complete of 5,47,133 voters in the district as per the ultimate electoral rolls revealed on Monday.
As per the ultimate rolls, in the Nilgiris district, there are 2,61,317 male voters, 2,85,791 feminine voters, and 25 third-gender voters, bringing the full quantity to five,47,133 voters. In comparison with the draft electoral rolls, there is a rise of 14,057 voters, it was acknowledged.
In Udhagamandalam Meeting constituency, there are 89,066 male voters, 98,348 feminine voters, and 11 third-gender voters, totalling 1,87,425 voters, Gudalur (Reserved), there are 89,206 male voters, 94,675 feminine voters, and seven third-gender voters, totalling 1,83,888 voters and Coonoor – 83,045 male voters, 92,768 feminine voters, and seven third-gender voters, totalling 1,75,820 voters, a press launch from the district administration added.
Copies of the ultimate electoral rolls launched had been handed over to representatives of all recognised political events.
