Three individuals have been booked for allegedly assaulting a 15-year-old boy in Aligarh and forcing him to urinate on a Pakistan flag, police mentioned on Wednesday.
In accordance with the police, an FIR was registered on the police station involved on Tuesday late night below sections 191(2) (rioting), 115(2) (voluntarily inflicting damage), 352 (provoke breach of peace), 351(2) (felony intimidation) and 353(2)(circulating false info) of the BNSagainst Raju, a bookshop proprietor, Nitin, who runs a grocery retailer proprietor and one unidentified individual.
The incident passed off when the boy was returning residence from college on Monday, the police mentioned earlier. The boy picked up a Pakistan flag stored on the street throughout a protest towards the Pahalgam terror assault, police mentioned.
