Communist Occasion of India (Marxist) [CPI(M)] district secretary Ok.Ok. Ragesh on Friday (February 6) alleged that the discharge of e book authored by V. Kunhikrishnan, who was expelled from the CPI(M) Kannur district committee and its main membership for alleging embezzlement of martyr’s fund by the occasion, was used as a platform by anti-CPI(M) forces.
Addressing a press convention, Mr. Ragesh stated a number of members attended the e book launch underneath the “Left label”, however maintained that the programme was primarily directed against the CPI(M).
He criticised the speech delivered by Joseph C. Mathew on the occasion, saying that it resembled that of a “former CPI(M) chief,” and stated the occasion didn’t require recommendation from him.
“Anybody with primary frequent sense can perceive the intention behind organising such a programme,” he stated.
Mr. Ragesh additional alleged that the e book launched by Mr. Kunhikrishnan amounted to private assault on MLA T.I. Madhusoodanan. He maintained that no funds had been diverted and that the occasion had suffered no monetary loss. All figures talked about within the e book had been incorrect, he alleged.
