Delhi high court sends notice to CBSE, Centre on NSUI plea

NEW DELHI: The Delhi high court on Monday issued a notice to the Centre and CBSE on a plea by the Nationwide College students’ Union of India (NSUI), alleging “large-scale irregularities and deficiencies” within the newly launched On-Display Marking system. A trip bench of Justices Neena Bansal, Krishna and Madhu Jain sought responses from the division of training and the board, and listed the matter for June 12.CBSE standing counsel MA Niyazi argued that the plea was filed by a political physique. “It’s a scholar wing of a political celebration.
