Kulgam, Jan 28 : A 32-year-old man died of suspected suffocation after sleeping in his car with the heater on whereas ready outdoors District Hospital Kulgam, the place his spouse was admitted, officers stated.
An official instructed, that the man, a resident of Kulgam, had parked his car close to the hospital and slept inside it through the evening to keep heat.
He stated the man’s ailing spouse was admitted to the hospital and the continual use of the heater contained in the closed car reportedly brought about suffocation.
He was later discovered unconscious contained in the car and brought to the hospital, the place medical doctors declared him lifeless on arrival. His physique was then despatched for medico-legal formalities.
The deceased was recognized as Mashooq Ahmad Mir (32), son of Mohammad Yousuf Mir, a resident of Kulpora space of Kulgam. In the meantime, police have taken cognizance of the incident.—(KNO)
