A bedridden man was allegedly stomped to death by his son reportedly inebriated at Chelamattam close to Perumbavoor on Wednesday evening.
The deceased was recognized as Johny, 67. He was rushed to a close-by hospital the place he was pronounced lifeless following which an post-mortem was performed on Thursday.
The post-mortem report attributed the death to accidents to the lungs following fractured ribs.
