Imphal, Mar 8: The Manipur authorities will make a budgetary provision of ₹350 crore to support round 3.5 lakh women throughout the State, Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh introduced on Sunday whereas marking Worldwide Women’s Day in Imphal.
Addressing a programme organised by the Social Welfare Division on the Metropolis Conference Centre, the Chief Minister mentioned the funds, granted by the Centre, will likely be included in the upcoming State Budget.
