T. Narasipur: Silk saree manufacturing at the heritage Filature Factory of the Karnataka Silk Industries Company (KSIC) in T. Narasipur resumed this morning after workers ended their 15-day strike.
Staff had gone on strike opposing the proposed development of a stadium throughout the premises of the T. Narasipur Filature Factory. Although some uncertainty over the proposal persists, workers determined to name off the protest following an assurance from KSIC Managing Director Zehra Naseem.
