Mysore/Mysuru: Following a grievance by representatives of Apple Inc., Lashkar Police have registered FIRs in opposition to house owners of 9 cell phone shops on Ok.T. Avenue for allegedly promoting duplicate Apple gadgets.
The shops booked are Naresh Telecom, Srikrishna Telecom, Raj Telecom, Mahesh Telecom, Madan Telecom, Neminath Telecom, Lalith Telecom and Hanuman Telecom.
In keeping with the grievance, Mohamed Tauqeer of Semita Authorized, Advocates and Solicitors, Noida, representing Apple Inc., visited Lashkar Police Station on Might 12 and alleged that the shops had been promoting counterfeit Apple merchandise utilizing the corporate’s emblem, iPhone trademark and packaging materials.
