
On Sunday (February 1), the consequences of the Western Disturbance continued in Rajasthan. Clouds prevailed in many areas of Kota and Chittorgarh in the afternoon, and rain and hailstorms occurred at some areas. Mild clouds and fog prevailed in Jaipur and Ajmer divisions, whereas the climate remained clear and sunshine elevated temperatures in Jodhpur division.
The Meteorological Heart, Jaipur, issued a thunderstorm, rain, and hailstorm alert for 12 districts on Monday. Over the previous 24 hours, Kota, Baran, and Jhalawar remained cloudy, with drizzle in Baran and Kotputli. Daylight remained weak all through the day in Bharatpur, Dausa, Jaipur, and Alwar.
Fog enveloped the Hanumangarh, Sriganganagar, and Bikaner districts of northern Rajasthan till Sunday afternoon. Visibility dropped to 10 meters in Lunkaransar, Bikaner, in the morning. In western Rajasthan, the climate remained dry, and temperatures rose on account of sunshine. The very best temperature on Sunday was recorded in Barmer at 29.4 levels Celsius.
