Chief of Opposition in Rajya Sabha and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Thursday vowed to resign if ‘land seize’ allegations levelled by Bharatiya Janata Social gathering (BJP) MP Anurag Thakur towards him are confirmed.

Kharge Slams Thakur
Talking in Rajya Sabha, Kharge demanded Thakur to both show the allegation or apologise for his assertion.
“I’m pressured to face up and condemn Anurag Thakur’s wild allegations. I count on an apology from the Chief of the Home. If Anurag Thakur can’t show his allegation, he has no proper to be in Parliament, and he ought to resign,” Kharge stated. “Whether it is proved, I’ll resign.
