Hawthorn coach Sam Mitchell has revealed the suggestions he copped from Port Adelaide fans at three-quarter time, after a patron was ejected for heckling the coach on Sunday night time.
The Hawks discovered themselves down so far as 71 factors in a heated conflict with the Energy, naturally resulting in some seemingly inappropriate suggestions from over the fence.
Whereas Mitchell insists he had nothing to do with the fan’s ejection, he acknowledged that the entire bay assumed he’d had a hand in it.

“I am solely simply able to have just a little chuckle about this, however I used to be strolling down at three-quarter time and we had been clearly up towards it at that interval and somebody (within the crowd) gave me a good bit of sledging and heckling,” Mitchell advised 9’s Footy Categorised.
“And I did not realise it, however as I obtained down they’d kicked him out.
“And by the point I walked again as much as begin the (fourth) quarter, I had the entire bay chanting ‘dibber dobber’ to me. I hadn’t heard that phrase in a very long time.
“This entire bay simply known as me a dibber dobber. I did not snicker at the time, I had different issues on my thoughts, however I awoke this morning and had a chuckle.”
