Hindalco Industries, in collaboration with the Kuppam Space Growth Authority (KADA), launched of a state-of-the-art Multi-Expertise Training Centre at its Kuppam plant in Andhra Pradesh as a part of its dedication to youth empowerment, inclusive development, and workforce growth.
The Kuppam Multi-Expertise Training Centre goals to coach and upskill over 500 youth yearly via placement-linked, industry-aligned programmes, benchmarked to nationwide and world requirements.
The initiative represents a scalable public–non-public partnership designed to speed up regional transformation and advance the aims of the Swarna Kuppam Imaginative and prescient 2029.
