Three women company leaders, who labored for high tech companies akin to Microsoft and UpGrad, joined arms to float a startup referred to as Aaroha, which helps companies strengthen management and organisational functionality “via frameworks impressed by Indian philosophy”.
The Hyderabad-based startup was based by Kalpana Sinha, former Director of Individuals and Organisation Functionality at Microsoft; Haritha Kandalla, a former government of Microsoft International Supply; and Ketaki Kadekar, former Buyer Success Director at UpGrad, and co-founder of The Management Undertaking.
