The Knicks got here again from a 22-point deficit towards the Cleveland Cavaliers in the fourth quarter to pressure extra time, then pulled away to win 115-104 in Game 1 of the Japanese Convention Finals.
The Knicks closed regulation on a 30-8 run to attain extra time, then continued that momentum in the additional body, outscoring Cleveland 14-3.
Game 2 is Thursday in New York at 8 p.m. ET on Sportsnet and Sportsnet+.
