SHILLONG, MAY 31: Deputy Chief Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar inaugurated the Rilang Faculty constructing on Friday and introduced Rs 5 lakh for academics’ salaries, saying schooling within the constituency has “moved ahead” with new colleges, a JNV campus, and a deliberate EMRS.
