Ontario Premier Doug Ford and Governor of Pennsylvania Josh Shapiro signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that they are saying will deepen financial ties between the Canadian province and the U.S. state.
Shapiro condemned U.S. President Donald Trump’s rhetoric on Canada, calling it ‘reckless and disrespectful’ and stated U.S. tariffs are a menace to each economies.
