Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has set up a brand new firm for establishing AI compute infrastructure and offering expertise companies.
In a inventory trade notification on Sunday, it mentioned a step-down subsidiary LTN Compute Personal Restricted has been shaped for the aim with authorised share capital of ₹1 lakh. All the share capital of the brand new firm is owned by L&T’s subsidiary Vyoma.AI Restricted.
