Philippine telecoms giant PLDT files for first data centre REIT IPO | FinanceAsia

Philippines’ telecom giant PLDT Inc. has submitted a registration assertion and actual property funding belief (REIT) plan to the Securities and Change Fee of the Philippines (SEC) for the proposed preliminary public providing (IPO) of VITRO REIT, in a deal that would increase as much as PHP24.2 billion ($397 million).
