President Donald Trump on Friday threatened to impose a “100% TARIFF” on the products of any nation that imposes a digital providers tax on U.S. firms.
“This TARIFF will supersede Commerce Offers made with the Nation, whether or not carried out, signed, or not,” Trump wrote in a Fact Social put up.
Trump has beforehand vowed to retaliate in opposition to countries that impose digital taxes, claiming they unfairly goal U.S. tech giants.
