Bengaluru- based mostly actual property participant Brigade Enterprises posted a dip in its revenue after tax (PAT) for the fourth quarter of FY26 at ₹190 crore as in comparison with ₹249 crore, down by 23.6 per cent year-on-year (y-o-y).
The revenues stood at ₹1,523 crore for the quarter beneath evaluation.
The corporate recorded sales worth of ₹2,521 crore for Q4 FY26. Brigade launched 4 Mn sft throughout seven initiatives over the last quarter of FY26.
Phase cut up
The true property enterprise posted a pre-sales of 6.13 mn sft, a worth of ₹ 7,424 crore. The section clocked a income of ₹ 4,002 crore, up by 11 per cent over FY25.
Leasing grew at 12 per cent in income, from ₹ 1,165 crore in FY25 to ₹ 1,303 crore in FY26. The corporate’s Hospitality portfolio occupancy stood at 76 per cent for the monetary yr. ARR stood at ₹ 7,453, a rise of 11 per cent throughout FY26. Income grew to ₹ 604 crore in FY26, up 13 per cent.
Commenting on the quarter, Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Ltd, mentioned “We recorded our strongest quarter of FY26, with pre‑sales of ₹2,521 crore, a 44 per cent sequential improve, pushed by strong new‑launch absorption and disciplined pricing.”
The shares of the corporate closed at ₹806.45, up by 1.84 per cent on the BSE.
