SHILLONG, June 6: The South West Garo Hills district administration has issued notices directing landowners and occupants to give up land acquired for the bold Tura Bypass Project inside 60 days, paving the way in which for the following part of development of the important thing freeway infrastructure undertaking.

Officers warned that failure to comply may invite motion beneath Part 3E(2) of the Nationwide Highways Act, which empowers authorities to take possession of acquired land.
