Works taken up at a price of Rs. 36.24 crore
Mysore/Mysuru: As half of the continuing growth of 12 main roads in Mysuru underneath a Rs. 393.85-crore Public Works Division (PWD) venture, white-topping work has commenced on the 6-km stretch between D. Banumaiah Road and Bogadi Junction on the Outer Ring Road at a price of Rs. 36.24 crore. The works started after acquiring clearances from the Mysuru Metropolis Company (MCC), Chamundeshwari Electrical energy Provide Company (CESC), Telecom authorities and different departments.

“The 600-metre stretch has not but been handed over to the contractor. If the RUB proposal will get approval, white-topping work will proceed in the direction of Bogadi from the opposite facet of the Ring Road. If the proposal is rejected, the work will proceed as per the unique plan,” he added.
