Cognizant on Monday introduced the creation of two new job classes — the Frontier Licensed Engineer and Frontier Enterprise Operator — purpose-built for the AI period.

Each roles are developed and licensed by means of SkillSpring, Cognizant’s proprietary coaching platform.
